Ordering:

On Line: Use Visa, MasterCard or PayPal using a secure server.

By Phone: Call us at (253) 838-2106.

By FAX: Fax a completed order form to (866) 229-9029. Our fax lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please include your daytime telephone number in case we have questions about your order. Fax orders with VISA or MasterCard payment are processed the next business day.

If you have problems printing the order form, you can receive one by mail by sending an E-Mail to us at ChartArt@charter.net and include your name, address and daytime telephone number.

Limited Edition Prints: All Chart-Art prints are numbered and signed by the artist. The number of prints made from an original painting is limited.

Original Paintings: All orders for original Chart-Art paintings must include an 8"x10" color print or color negative of the ship, boat, aircraft, or station and the chart number for the background. Chart Art will not be able to return the photo or negative will be returned undamaged. The artist retains the copyright to the original.

Payment Terms: Payment in full must accompany all orders. We accept personal checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, and government purchase orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via US Mail. Shipping and handling is 12% of total order. (Minimum $6.00)

Sales Tax: Only Washington State residents need to remit 9.1% sales tax.

Return Policy: Chart Art will gladly accept merchandise returns and will replace the product or refund your money at your option. In order to facilitate our return processing, please contact us by phone, fax, or mail to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Return freight charge must be prepaid. COD returns cannot be accepted. Return merchandise must be in the original packaging and fit for resale. Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of date of shipment and need not be in original packaging. Chart Art reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

Freight Damage: Orders are shipped FOB origin: If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, keep the shipping carton, packing material, and items intact. Contact the shipper directly to initiate a claim.

Product Liability: Chart Art's sole obligation for products that prove to be defective will be replacement or refund. This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to abuse. In no event shall Chart Art's liability exceed the buyers purchase price nor will Chart Art be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
